LS7 Cam, Spring & Rocker Recommendations

LS7 Cam, Spring & Rocker Recommendations New to LS engines but not to engine work. After racing VWs, BMWs and Porsches, it's time to step up my game. I have an order in for a new Ultima Evolution and it needs power. I'm not looking for crazy numbers but I would like to see 600-640whp to start. I'm starting with a crate GMPP LS7 dry sump crate engine with controller, and I'd like to swap the cam to something more aggressive. I understand that there will most likely need to be supporting mods like valve springs, rockers and pushrods. The Ultima weighs 2200-ish wet, it will be a weekender and track toy, lots of track time, and I'd like it to have some semblance of manners in traffic.
So here's the challenge:
Goal is 600-640whp, predictable torque throughout, 7200-7500rpm redline
less than $3000 (not sure how realistic this is yet)
simple swap if possible, done with heads in place
Engine as it sits:
GMPP LS7 dry sump crate engine w/ control kit
FAST or Airforce 102mm intake, w/ cold air feed
1 3/4" mid length headers into 3" cat back, straight through
I want to swap the cam and related parts before the engine goes into the car, because once it's in you can't reach it without pulling the motor out. Once I've gotten use to the power I want to upgrade the heads to MAST or RHS cnc'd heads and a little more power. I don't want to do that initially so I can keep build costs down.

The LS7 engines do have valve guide and valve head breakage issues
Good for you that your car is ultra light
I would call either Geoff Skinner at EPS or Kip Fabre at Cam Motion for an upgrade kit that can both make more power but not beat the hell out of the valves and guides
A low lash lash solid roller might just be the hot ticket for you
