2002 6.0 build questions

2002 6.0 build questions Building a 6.0 for my 2500 HD. Running into some stuff I can't seem to find answers on. I'm hoping to be around 500 HP NA. I'm gonna do a 20 over bore and run flat tops. Picked up a set of bare 241 heads for $200. Now I can't figure out what I need for valves. All the valves I find up online say 2.02. The heads are supposed to take 2.00? This has me lost. And what's a good set of valves to run, both for the intake and exhaust? And where from. The other thing I'm not sure about, does the cam I use affect stem length at all? Was looking at the Howard's cams. Anyone that can help me, I'd really appreciate it.
