Stupid question? mek roller vvt As it says .Would it be a good idea to have a hi spec mekanical roller cam with vvt?
Its a bit diffrent with dohc engine especialy if you have 1 cam for intake and 1 for exaust.
But if you could use both low and high rpm it would be worth it.or just supercharge it
Ofcoarse only theoretical as vvt cant handle rpm, atleast not ls engines.

VVT Cam Use YES, though the intake lobe should be smaller than the same "spec" requirement, a NON-VVT camshaft.
You MUST LIMIT VVT travel as there is a 60 DEGREE range.
You MUST UPGRADE the L-92 chain guide with a stronger spring, IT WILL BREAK.
