Default Cam wear?

I picked up a used 416 and when taking a look around, I see some what I would call some wear on the cam.

Does this look significant or should I just run it?

How many miles is it supposed to have? What does the lifter look like?

~12k miles

Didn't look at the lifter yet as I just pulled the intake and looking in the top where I took the pic.

Cam specs are 235/250 116+5 .621/.595

The leftmost lobe looks pretty rough in the photo. I would pull the cam/lifters at least to check it all over.

Got the cam out. LS7 lifters and cam are pitted. Already talked to Martin and have a Cam Motion 8620 ordered up.
