Cam wear?

Cam wear? I picked up a used 416 and when taking a look around, I see some what I would call some wear on the cam.
Does this look significant or should I just run it?

Didn't look at the lifter yet as I just pulled the intake and looking in the top where I took the pic.
Cam specs are 235/250 116+5 .621/.595
LS7 lifters
