Valve seals coming off!
A more common issue is the seal actually not properly "grabbing" onto the guide. Ive seen 3 26925kits that customers installed on heads and brought to me. i disassembled to shim and 3 seals were so loose they werent even tight at all on the guide. when i asked them they said they didnt think anything of it. when you've gotta hammer the rest on with a hammer and install tool and 3 just go on right by hand youd imagine they think its odd. only time recently ive seen that. they were the blue us seals iirc. not the brown and black.

SO NOT TRUE AT ALL.
Springs work better AND last longer when set up to MAX them out
extra seat pressure cant hurt, but the open pressure and .060" from coil bind at max lift just keeps everything in check so the valve ultimately "sees" what the cam lobe is dictating.........
