Default Worn Pushrods/Rockers?

Tore down my 08 LC9 to replace lifters etc(one AFM lifter stuck collapsed)

Glanced at pushrods/rockers as I removed them, and did not notice any issues, but did a more thorough inspection before reinstalling them.

Most of the pushrods and rockers looked good, but 3 of the pushrods had ***** on the top that had wear. Instead of being smooth, they looked like they had been run over a fine grit belt sander. The corresponding rockers also had wear in the ball socket area.

To my surprise, the pushrod/rocker on the collapsed lifter looked good(I looked closely at it upon teardown)

All of the trunnions felt smooth.

Is this pushrod/rocker wear a common issue at this(146K) mileage.

What causes this?

I plan to replace these 3 pushrods/rockers.

Pushrods are fairly cheap. Should I replace them all?

Replace them with same brand, same diameter, same wall 0.080 And especially the same length.

I think this a great opportunity to upgrade to a stroker motor.
