Quick Questions re ARP Head Studs on LS7

Quick Questions re ARP Head Studs on LS7 Thanks in advance for putting up with my questions:
1. Do I need to use sealant where the stud (ARP) screws into the LS7 block? (I think the hole is blind, just double checking)
2. I am using TFS 235s on my ls7. ARP kit says torque the ten large heads studs to 80 ft lbs on last pass. Correct or is anyone using a different final torque spec on last pass?

If you have time, after you torque them the first time, come back the next day and double check the 80 pounds again. I use the ARP torque/assembly lube which is good stuff. Same goes true with the manifold bolts recheck them the next day the plastic manifold and rubber gasket can settle a little.
