L99 to LS3 Conversion HELP

L99 to LS3 Conversion HELP New to the site, how y’all doing??
im about to buy a 2010 camaro ss auto with the l99 engine with a LS3 cam swap in it. Guy did the swap and stopped, says all it needs is the computer “flashed” to run. Anyone have any insight on this? Would I actually need to get it flashed by the dealer or are there aftermarket items out there to make this easier? I’m good with mechanical side of things, computer side gets me confused. Any help would be AMAZING.

Yeah he said all was done by customs shop. Said the last piece is getting the computer to match it but said he never did it because he didn’t know it needed done until after the build. Also has headers on it too. Tcl torque converter as well.
