Hey guys,
I just bought a caprice ppv 11 in middle east and I'm looking at a cam swap. My friend is suggesting a gt11 cam with comp springs. I just want to know is there a better cam option for the l76 with stock exhaust and filter?
Thank you

The GT11 has a LOT of lift, so much that even with the right springs, you will still have a lot of valvetrain noise and springs will not last very long.
Look into cams from Cam Motion and other cam grinders. Comp grinds Lingenfelter's cams anyway.

That GT11 cam is ****.
i had it and it made throttle response very soft and engine lost torque.
Just felt lazier in general.
Those grinds are very old.
The newer ones are so much better.
The wide split combined with a very wide LSA is a torque killer.
