Retainers and seats size for 1209x
Retainers and seats size for 1209x I ordered some 1209x without seats and retainers in hope of reusing the one I have. Here's what I have;
-ti retainers 1.27"
-seats 1.300ish"
-the 660 springs OD 1.300" (swapping those for the 1209x)
This is for a solid roller app. I can't find info on the retainers size PAC offers with them.
Is the 1209x too big for the 1.27" retainers? It seems small already for the 1.300" 660 ...
The 660 were installed on the heads when I bought em.
Heads are FED TFS262 (255) for LS3.
Valve locks are 7deg, stem 8mm and 0.680 ID size( for the 1209x and the 660 I have).

According to PAC's web site, the 1209X have an outside diameter of 1.324".
I would call PAC directly and make sure that the retainers you have will work for those springs and your application.
