Default LS7 Twin Turbo delima

Starting My new ls7 twin turbo build. Looking for some clarity. I started off wanting to build a 441ci(4.125 stroke-4.125 bore). So I bought a SHP LS next pro block from summit racing to handle the larger stroke. Now I'm looking for a rotating assembly. I Called a few reputable shops and told them I have a 4,000lb car with auto transmission and slightly over sized wheels. Weekend street car with a little track time. Looking for 1500hp on track tune and 1000hp for street tune on E85. Each shop has different advice. Ranging from definitely stroke, not to stroke and even destroke. Also compression ratios ranging for 9.0:1 to 11.5:1 now I'm lost. I want this to be a dependable engine. So All forged internals. Callies ls7 dragonslayer crank with 4.125 stroke, Wiseco Boostline 6.125 connecting rods. Wiseco -3cc pistons. Can any one put me on the right track.
I want a dependable engine,... not a ticking time bomb. I watched countless ls builds making 2000hp on youtube but how long do they last.
Also going with 70cc Dart heads
Holley or fast intake
76mm twin turbos

The reason you find different responses is the people on the phone have varying levels of experience and nearly none have measured the skirt profile as compared to the cylinder length. Callies 4” center counterweighted crank a plus but dragon slayer will hit your target. Boostline 6.125 rods are more than up to the task. 9.5: Wiseco pistons being a good match. You can run another two points or compression, but the tuning window narrows and you can make up 9.5 with boost first....then timing. .200 wall 9310 wall WIS-S718 upgrade pins- or even better -Summit’s new H13 .215 wall Sum-S719 or DLC plated Sum-S720 pins.

A 427’s taller 1.110 compression height piston gives you thicker ring lands than a 1.050 tall piston. Great block. Go for TEA 6 bolt hipped Tfs 260’s preferably with Super Alloy Exhaust valves.

Thanks! If I decided to go with a 11.0:1 compression ratio what cc piston should I use. Part choices would be a lot easier if hp rating was included in the descriptions.

If you go the 427 route, an 8cc piston would net 11:1 with a 70cc head and .045 net piston to head clearance. Wiseco's K395X125 piston hits that target on the nose. You will want to upgrade to their WIS-S718 .200 wall toolsteel pins.

There is no need to stroke it more than 4" ..... the LSNext block would've been a better choice; however the SHP will get the job done. Let the turbos do the work.... you don't need a ton of cubic inches to make 1500hp as you want to keep piston speed lower. The HIP'd TFS heads are primo..... you could also get it done with a STOCK LS3 head and more boost. If you have the budget get the better heads.

Thanks guys for all the info. Ordered the billet dart crankshaft with 4 inch stroke, boostline rods, and wiseco -20cc pistons. Compression ratio should be around 10:1 with the proper heads. Now trying to figure out this dry sump, wet sump conversion. Also thought the SHP ls next pro block is made out of the same material as the ls next block but has skirts. One more thing what does TEA and HIP'd mean? And where do I get them?
