Can anyone identify this camshaft?

This was thrown in with an engine purchase but I cannot figure out what the specs are. Any help would be appreciated.

Can you get a better shot of the top numbers? Looks like the etched numbers hide some of the written ones.

HPE is usually Hennessey, i think.

The cam has the following markings:
HPE-ZL1-P (hand engraved)
E 2623-14 ( hand engraved)
415535 (stamped)
315601 (stamped)
13 EI 238 (dot matrix lettering)
