Grenading #1 plug

Pretty up to date on active fuel management on my 2011 Silverado 5.3 but damn does anyone else grenade a plug sub 10k miles constantly? Any thoughts things to try?

Decarb the rings. Oil is getting in there. Open the throttle body and see if oil is sitting inside the back of the manifold. If so, put the new valve cover on the drivers side. It has different pcv baffling.

Already replaced driver side valve cover with updated one with pcv baffle.. saw no improvement after changing... still also consuming 5 qts between 5k oil change interval.... have 150k on clock damn shame thinking motor need a rebuild
