High compression l77 for 91/e85
My idea: factory bore high static compression dome pistons with a lopey/overlap cam that gets dynamic compression where it needs to be and keep the peak under 7k where the ls3 valve train can keep up. Lt1 exhaust manifolds to factory camaro exhaust bits.
Stock pistons are 0cc flattop, heads are 70cc combustion chamber. Ideally I'd like to hone what I have and put new pistons on my existing con rods with arp hardware.
There has to be a reason I'm not finding others not doing this... what am I missing?
