Default 408 build help

Thanks in advance for all your advice.
I've owned a few ls cars but this will be my first build and before I start ordering parts and head to the machine shop I would like some opinions from those who have been there and done this before.
Parts I have
6.0 w/821 heads
4.00 crank 6125 rods
th400
My goals are 1200 to 1500hp the car 5th gen camaro will be twin turbo 76s and street driven some but mostly track. My question is would I be better off staying with the 6.0 are go with the 408. What would be a good compression ratio. It will be on E85 but I would like a safe pump gas tune. What cam, valve springs .660 or .750 and what lifters should I go with would a johnson 2110 be ok or shouldI be looking at a tie bar setup last what size push rod would I need. Again thank you all for the help and sorry I know this has been discussed before but all im finding is old threads and i work 14hr days its really hard to search for stuff

Either or ....with Correct pistons. 408 will have a better Tq avg while achieving the Hp @ a Lower Rpm.

Ya I kinda figured the 408 was a no-brainer epically since I already have the parts. The valve train and lifters is what I'm really not sure about. Called Texas Speed and they recommended 236/247 with a 750 spring and a tie bar lifter don't quote me on the 247 I don't have my paper with me but it was somewheres around there. But the second place I called because I just wanted to get a general comparison told me a 660 spring with a drop-in lifter would be fine and I shouldn't rev above 7000. What just likes real-world advice plus I know that Texas Speed has built plenty 408s.

The cam Seller Knows or Should Know what springs go with what.

The higher the lift or the more aggressive lobe will want a Higher Spring pressure. Hydraulic or solid roller is the question ❓
Free Hp with the solid roller.

Cam Motion for a custom Cam & kit. Whether Hyd or S/r

I was planning hydraulic roller. I have seen plenty of people make decent power with no maintenance versus the solid roller more power more maintenance. How much horsepower do you really gain over a hydraulic roller and what are they idle characteristics between the two as the car will be Street driven occasionally. If you go solid roller do you have to change rocker arms. Sorry I got a lot to learn lol
