LS3 balancer wobble/chirp

LS3 balancer wobble/chirp After reassembling my LS3 I originally reused the oem balancer, which I noticed had a wicked wobbled after starting the engine for the first time. I replaced the harmonic balancer with one from Powerband, however it still looks like this one has a slight wobble and an occasional chirp.
I followed the factory installation instructions, but I'd rather not risk a wobbley crank. The video is of the balancer now. I've seen a lot of pulleys wobble, but just wanted to be sure this isn't too bad.

Based on vid, doesn't look like the balancer is a concern. Has the belt ever been contaminated with coolant, etc? That'll create belt noise until you replace it. You can try silicone spray (I use tire shine or Armor all) Do you know if chirp is coming from rib or backside of belt. Take a pair of needle nose pliers and a small water soaked piece of cloth folded up and hold against backside of belt to see if chirp changes/goes away. If not, you can use a spray bottle of water or silicone to wet the rib side.
