LSX 376 B8 Internals Upgrade? Same as LS3?

LSX 376 B8 Internals Upgrade? Same as LS3?

Does anyone with experience in the LSX 376 know if LS3 aftermarket forged internals will work on LSX 376 B8 block without any major modifications? Seems like they are same just iron block idk... Just want to make sure before I get some forged rods. Don't understand why GM put forged pistons with powdered metal rods in the motor :/

Why GM Used Powered Metal rods ..... IDK
