I have an rods/pistons LS3 block running 20 psi peak boost from a procharger. Ls9 head gaskets, arp head studs, and stock 241 heads off my ls1. No HG sealing issues or other problems, but mine wasn't off like the OP's.

I got a used alum 6.0 or 6.2 bare block I could sell if interested..
