LS3 Misfire

LS3 Misfire I have a 2012 Camaro M6 with the LS3 engine. I completely rebuilt the engine a year ago and have recently picked up a misfire. So I originally thought it was spark arc, so I changed coils, plugs, and wires. Still the exact same thing. It's misfiring under a moderate to high load primarily on the 2-3 shift. Sometimes it will happen on 1-2 and 3-4. It does it more when the engine is cold and occasionally at idle. But it makes a loud tick sound every time it does it. Which is why I thought it was spark arc. However I noticed it has a more metallic sound like it's in the valve train. The sound also is always on the drivers side. But other than the occasional idle and the shift it never will do it. I could ring out all the way to 6800rpm and it will never miss a lick. Very odd. Any ideas?

Crazy idea but it only being on shifts could you have a bad motor mount letting engine rock hitting something and faking out the knock sensor to make it pull timing and make it feel like a miss. Just an wild idea.

With my cam, it would make the same sound at idle all the time. But it only does it a few times every now and then. But I actually figured it out. one of my injectors is sticking open when returning to idle and dumping fuel. The ping sound is the early detonation of the fuel being dumped. So I just ordered some 60lb/hr injectors from injector clinic.
