New cam suggestions l76

New cam suggestions l76 Cam and lifter that's currently stuck in the bore are ruined I can visibly see the cam lobe chewed up. Don't have the cam out yet need to order another balancer puller. My head's currently have .570 lift springs I would like to use them hopefully it gives me some good options? I'm looking for something like truck norris but not in the 500 dollar range. I know nearly next to nothing when it comes to the specs could someone help me pick out a new cam?

Almost anything would be an improvement on the LS7. It has a super wide LSA that kills power almost everywhere.
There is no do-it-all cam, but if you want a very versatile cam that would be an improvement on the LS7 cam, try the Summit 8701R1 (218/227, .522/.524, 112+2) or for a bit more but still well behaved, the famed Summit Ghost cam 8715R1 (222/234, .600/.575, 115+3) but the latter will need a bit more spring than you have now.
Best part is any of these cams are just under $300.
211/230, .558/.558, 121 are the LS7 cam specs for comparison.

That'll be a strong cam, but a little rougher at lowest speeds. The Ghost cam is a bit smoother and possibly a bit stronger under the curve in the lower ranges due to the wider LSA

I'm not gonna lie since I'm on a budget at the moment I ordered another ls7 cam for 80 bucks with shipping with plans to replace it in the near future so I could also avoid retuning right now. I've tried to get it into a few shops here near Corpus Christi, Tx for a professional rebuild everyone is backed up so I'm doing what I can with it with it in the truck I don't have access to a lift and I rather not rebuild one at my current residence. I ordered the cam today after removing the bad cam that held 3 chewed lobes and the journals still healthy and cam bearings babbit visually the same from 5k ago. After that the 2 lifters that got tight and held themselves in the bore I fished out with a 1oz neodymium taped to a piece of wood after giving them a tap to release them into the cam shoot? I've read some people with luck replace cam and lifters and no problems after I assume with a thorough cleaning. I could make a decent air/diesel jet to spray out the inside of the engine I will be dropping the pan if it's not too hard the windage tray as well. I'm being really hopeful here.
