Max bore on LSA?
I’m thinking about buying it for a stroker build. I wouldn’t be adding boost.

That also assumes there is a ring set available in that size. There probably will be, but it will limit other options like material, thickness, 2nd ring design, oil tension, etc.
in other words you’ll end up forced into a ring set that isn’t optimal for what you want to do.
I may me mistaken, but I didn’t think you could accurately sonic an ls3/lsa block due to the ridges on the liner exterior.
lastly, I know it’s not exactly same stresses n/a stroker vs supercharged, but lsa’s regularly crack liners at the stock 4.065 size
I talked to Sampson, and they said they don’t bore stock sleeves that far. Can you tell if it has aftermarket sleeves just by looking? I know the Darton MID wet sleeve are obviously different. I wasn’t sure what the dry sleeves looked like.

I’m gonna keep looking. I don’t trust this one to hold up. It needs to be bored .025” more to find pistons that will fit. That’s just too thin.
