SuperCharger with a big cam combo?

SuperCharger with a big cam combo?

I'm currently running a Texas speed stage 2 VVT cam in my 2013 camaro..I was wanting some more power but figured a supercharger was the only way to go....trying to get 600 whp or so atleast. My question is would a supercharger work with this cam....or any other suggestions on how to get 600 or so to the wheels without supercharging?
Specs on the cam: 227/239 .629"/.629" 113LSA
ls3 roller lifters
Afm delete
borla atak
ARH High flow cats
upgraded trunions and springs

Yep, I wouldn't hesitate to run that with a centrifugal.

If you want 600 to the wheels without forced induction, you'd better invest in a 416 stroker with a set of serious heads. N/A power doesn't come cheap.

Money wasn't the issue...I'm new to building hotrods....just been told you can't run a supercharger with big cam...something to do with the boost and valve overlap not being efficient....I love the way my car sounds with the lope...just wanting it to be faster....if I can supercharge it with my cam and keep the lope then that's what I will do

Thanks for the input....ill look into that...though i saw a kit that is the rotrex style...would that work or should I stick to the centrifugal?

You know on second thought it might not be a bad idea to rebuild the bottom with some drop forged pistons...i saw a 416 stroker kit you were talking about...i might go that route first....I have the l99 engine block....twin to ls3....any head recommendations? Most forums I read say the stock l99 are fine for most applications
