Default How does this spark plug look?
Sorry noob here but how does this plug look? New engine with less than 50 miles. Should I be concerned about the glossiness?

it looks lean to me, too white, both the center and the strap. no detonation tho, you would see "speckles" . what is the current wide open throttle AFR ? boosted or N/A car ??

Using the front 02’s but it does have one in the hood dump. Have not gone Wot yet. But it is running lean found an exhaust leak and need to get a new data log tomorrow.

6.0 single turbo still breaking in the engine

What stumped me was "hood dump". What is that?

yes exhaust leak for sure will lean it out. I would fix that first before doing WOT pulls. it doesn't take much to pop a motor leaned out. should be about 11.0 AFR at WOT.

the downpipe is routed right through the hood no muffler just 90 after turbo and straight up

Having said that, you need at least 18" of pipe after an O2 sensor so it doesn't see reversion from the outside.
