408boosted running 220-230

Running a boosted 408 boosted normal driving still just keeps keeping up sits at *219 when getting on it goes up to 230 but does not like to come back down

You sure you got all the air out of the system?? Run the engine with the cap off until it's up to temp and see if the coolant level drops a bunch

Fwiw, 230 won’t hurt anything. What CFM is that cooling fan rated at? Most aftermarket setups are utilizing 2 cooling fans.

True...I don't think this shroud setup is ever going to let enough air through to keep this thing cool..

A shroud like that with say 2 Derale 12" fans setup as pullers you'd be flowing close 4000 CFM. Should be more than enough to keep that beast cool

Your aluminum fan shroud appears to block off 60% of the airflow through the radiator.
Even WITH the single fan, I'd bet you run cooler with NO shroud at all.
