When I start my car the tps says it's at 100 percent. As the car warms up it will start going down and will eventually read right. It's a Holley tb not sure what this could be. It's a 410 ci turbo car in running a Holley computer system. Any help is really appreciated. Not sure if it could manically issue or tune
