I have been running a 5.3 for a couple years and moved up to a 6.0.Im wanting to put new rod and main bearins in the 6.0 and when I looked on a couple sites they included them in with a 5.3.Are the rod and main bearings the same in a 6.0 as a 5.3.

Correct... they are all the same bearings in the LS engine family unless you need them oversize/undersize.
