In my application and experience, trick flow 255s produced good numbers for me with 403 cubes and more cam. If I had to do it again I would try a set of mast small bore ls7 heads instead.
225 cc cathedral as casts with a similar sized cam to what you have was pretty weak compared to new setup.

Will need more information about what your goals are and what the primary vehicle use will be. Assuming 4x4 means suv or truck so I guess it's heavy?
