Default Correct valve springs

My name is Dave and I appreciate some help with my question I have a 2012 l96 lsEngine with 823 aluminum heads and a comp cam #54- 703-11 / .614 int
.612 exh. What valve springs should I use . Any help would be greatly appreciated

IMHO, the best source for your answer should be the cam grinder. In this case, I'd call them, provide the part#, and get their take. If they dont provide a good answer, I don't know who else would know better than them.....

Throw some PAC-1219X's in there, uses stock hardware and be done.
