Default recommendations on how to clean LS3/L92

So I just got my first aluminum 6.2, and it’s pretty dirty, and since it’s aluminum I can’t clean it how I normally would clean an iron block, any recommendations on how I can clean it? Picture of block will be listed below

I'd pressure wash it.

If you take it to a shop with a heated jetwash type machine (Not a hot tank) it will clean that brown oil scum right off.

Lifters out first. Quarter car wash, acoupla cans of "engine degreaser" (just regular diesel fuel in a spray can, NOT the "foamy kind) as soon you get to the car wash bay, early on a hot sunny day. Transmission fluid and a real mild scotchbrite pad in the cyls before the last blast, just enough to bust the rust. Let it sit out in the sun for acoupla hours afterwards. Coat the cyls and lifter bores with trans fluid once it's dry and before it starts rusting again.
