Is this noise from the Lifters? Good day, hope you all are well, I am trying to figure out if this noise is from my lifters, recently put a Stage 1 summit racing cam in it, without replacing lifters, ran the car without valve covers, and see that some of the rockers are only getting oil much later, and very little. compared to others, please see the video link of the noise, I ordered new LS7 lifters but not too sure if thats really my issue. I am running a 4l60E, anything in there that could make a noise link this? tensionr pulley already replaced so not that, and neither the belt. LS2 Engine (823 Heads) seems to be an engine from a GTO.

Sounds like one lifter is a bit more unhappy than the rest, but very hard to diagnose over the phone. In any event your LS makes less noise than my wife does when the evening news is on, so you're probably OK!!
