Saw a SOM C6 yesterday Saw a nice C6 yesterday, and it was SOM!
The Corvette looked really really nice. I think that a set of nice 18/19's on there and you have car looks like a Ferrari.

Sounds sweet!!! Someone must have gotten the point that SOM became popular..........after they killed the f-body. I don't think many people seen SOM when they bought their f-body, but after seeing it on the net and on the street it became pretty damn popular.

I was at a business meeting in Palm Springs last June, and it turned out that there was a national GM meeting at my hotel. Believe it or not, they had a SOM C6 sitting in the atrium. It was gorgeous - awesome! And this is from a guy who hasn't really liked any Corvette that much since 1967. Best thing about it, it doesn't have that BIG look like the C5.
I spotted a SOM C6 a few days ago...that was the first C6 I've seen on the road. I did a triple-take as it passed me going the opposite direction. Didn't know what it was right away when I saw it further up coming towards me. Very exotic looking!
Our local dealership just received a red C6. The size difference between the C5 and C6 is quite noticeable and a welcome change. And the exposed headlights are gorgeous. I can't wait to see the C6 Z06.

I love my SOM WS6, I only seem more SOM when I go to SLP events at the track or all pontiac days.I know they're out there , but I never see any around me, makes me like tthe color even more because of how rare it is.Besides the maple red matalic, the SOM is the rarest WS6 out there.I almost brought a SOM avalanch(sp) to tow my car to the track.I still might
