75k is outrageous if its not sporting a 7.0L pushin about 525+ out IMO. The one reason the Z06 was so successful was the fact that it could give the 70k+ car crowd a run and still be economical (altho you may argue ~52k isnt economical, but for what it is, I think its a steal).
There was a rendering on SVTperformance that was just horrid. Looked like it had way too much of a euro feel to it. That to me just looks like a refined C6 which is exactly what the next gen Z should be.

Personally, I'd love to see them lose the nav system, lose the OnStar, lose the standard "bluehair" Corvette fluff options, but keep that above-mentioned performance, and sell it for around $60k. That would be awesome IMO and I'd be in line for a black one come '07

Me too Fulton. I agree 100%. Altho I dont mind those options, Im glad they did make them options for the most part, and not 100% standard equip. And I'd still be in line for an 02 Z when the time came, just cause i'd be finished w/ college and I could get one for cheap lol.

that would suck if it had the targa body style, the small back window and bigger trunk looks way better, by the time im outta college ill be trading the t/a in for that z06, it is so so sick.
