Question Ready for a dumb question?

Get your flame throwers on...
OK, here is a ratherquestion and I hate to do it, but I want to assure myself before buying more stuff. Is the head placement on the LS2 at ALL different from the LS1? I want to get a set of Kooks for the LS1 while I continue to save the money for a complete LS2 build. This being said, I just want to make absolutely sure that I will be able to move the exhaust from one long block to the next and still maintain clearances. OK, have at it, I'm ready for the bashing.

Heads on the LS2 are actually LS6 heads same castings. So your exhaust will fit just fine. Called a different motor but not all that different.

I was hoping that the block didn't change shape at all or sit in the bay differently or at a different angle. Thanks! I couldn't believe thirty views and one reply...
