Default LS7 vs. C5R

Whats the differences in the upcoming C6 Z06(LS7) and the C5R(7.0)engine? Pros and Cons?

I thought they were using the C5-R block in the new Z06.......

I am pretty sure that the block is the ls2 block except for the liners are pressed in, instead of cast in. Bore goes to 104.8mm. Also, the oiling system is dry sump, not sure if that means anything besides pump and pan changes.
