The 224 grinds go between 400-440rwhp. With a set of budget heads and a heavy drivetrain you might only hit 400-405rwhp. With a good set of Stage II heads it's very possible to hit 420rwhp. Mikey at Rapid Motorsports pulled 440rwhp out of a TR224 with his Stage II LS1 heads and all the bolt ons, car was running a 10 bolt @ stock gears. It's all in the heads and having a combo that compliments each other. My numbers are in sig thru cats. Probably holding me back 10+rwhp.
