Cam Sensor Hey Guys, Wanted to run something by you. I'm tuning an LS2 stroker, ET heads, fast intake/TB, 38lbs, and a 238 or so cam on an engine dyno.
The cam sensor is obviously up front. I'm using an '02 camaro pcm to tune it up. The harness is an aftermarket ls1 harness, with the cam sensor wire extended just enough to fit the front.
I keep getting a cam sensor ses code coming up, I believe it's the 336 code.
Will this cause any problems?
How are you guys solving this issue if it's common.
btw, i did the search and couldn't find a good answer.
Also, any guesses on how much power it's making?

Buried in the original LS2 402 thread is the instruction to keep the center wire on the cam sensor in that position and reverse the left and right leads. We did this and it is working great....No ses light (except when it is reading the natural missfires of a cammed engine.).
