ls2 over ls1
Sure.
The power you are going to get depends on how you go about doing it. If you were to get a crate LS2 from GM, you would get the 400hp/400tq that the standard LS2 comes from. If you were to have it built with different heads/cam, or even one of the stroker LS2's, you could have basically any combination you'd like.
I would suggest putting some decent research into this, calling up companies who manufacture them, etc. There's a decent amount involved in this which many not seem apparent without the proper information.
