*
(16) #7955 5/16 7.400" Hi-Tech Push-Rod

is there anything else I should need (other than a tune)?
Anyway, forget about the comp kit unless you just like spending more $ than you need. You can get a Patriot spring kit w/Ti retainers, locks, seals, and seats for ~$250 shipped which is cheaper than just the 918's and retainers plus the patriots are dual springs good to .650 lift so they should last longer too. Several sponsors have hardened PR's for ~110 (I think TSP or Futral has them on sale for less). Or you can watch and buy some used ones for $75 or under. Then you also need a cam change gasket & bolt kit.
I'd also suggest a LS2 timing chain if yours is an LS1. You never said what year of Goat it was. They're under $40 and its cheap insurance. You could also look at getting a ported oil pump. It isn't necessary, but beneficial. Just an upgrade while its apart.
