Default 'Budget' 6.2 LS2?

So Im thinking about going LS2 and have a interesting budget idea-

What about a -

2007 ecalade 6.2 block
stock LS2 crank
aftermarket rods
good pistons
low 230sish cam on a .600ish lift
used AFR 225s off the shelf
LS6 intake
ported TB
1 7/8" headers

Assuming I have the exhaust and intake - I would hope to build all that for around 6-7kish - $800ish for the block, $300ish for the crank, $1500ish for rods, pistons, and rings, $1800ish for the heads, $300ish for the cam, and $2kish for bolts, gaskets, balance, etc...

I would think that I could put down ~480 on a setup like that? And spray a 200 shot on her easily?

I was thinking 4" crank and 416, but thats another grand on top...

Its going in a 2700-2800lb car, and wont really hook worth a damn, even with *just* 475rwhp.

On the other hand, Im tempted to go with a 240s cam and spin the motor north of 7k...

If you stay N/A, and have a small cam (I assume for low-end torque, so you're not planning to spin it to the moon), how about using a completely stock 6.2L short-block? Shouldn't be any worse than the 346 shortblocks people have been putting heads+cam in. That's what I'm tempted to do if the L92/LS3 shortblock becomes available at a good price.
