Cam recommendations

Cam recommendations With a 402 stroker in a street car that sees occaisinal track use, what is the recommended cam that will work in a motor that has 11.9:1 to 12:1 static compression. This part is fixed at this point and can't be changed. What cam set-ups will work well with pump gas year round from a dynamic compression standpoint? I am looking for experienced users and their own observations. Heads are stage 3 MTI's. Gaskets are .045 cometics.

That's a great tool for static compression, but what Spin is asking for is dynamic compression. That's actual compression the motor will see in relation to a particular grind camshaft. The overlap of a cam, or time both valves are open, will bleed off compression giving a lower value than calculated static compression. So, a motor with 12:1 may actually only see 11.3:1 with a big cam. Or something like that. I hope the experts chime in and correct my lame attemptat an explanation.
