no I mean 799.....It is on my Girlfriend's 6.0L and I know nothing about the motor because I have heard about 5 different stories.....on what is on it....so I am taking it one step at a time to find out everything myself

Actually 799 castings appear on the L33 5.3 H.O. motors that can be found in some 05 trucks and SSR's. They have 210 +/- intake runners, D shaped exhaust ports, and 65cc +/- combustion chambers. As far as being on a 6.0, we are not aware if any 6.0's came with the 799 heads.
