LS7 in a C5 - Steering Rack Clearance??

If I wanted to drop an LS7, including the dry sump setup, into a C5 Vette would there be sufficient clearance between the Steering Rack and the snout of the crank? How much longer is the dry sump crank than a stock LS1 crank??

I've followed your project "BAD 53" - but I wasn't sure if modifications were neccessary to the rack or crank.

Nah, those were two things that we were able to leave untouched

Wish we had an update on progress, but the car will be at King's (interior place) for a good month or so getting an extreme makeover. Can't wait to get it back and break her in right
