noisy left side. Don't know much about 98 ls1's, had an 02 for about 3 years and I just picked up a 1998 SS. With the hood open I can hear some pretty loud ticking from the left side of the motor. Can barely hear it with the hood down. Is this a piston slap deal, or is it b/c the 98's have 28 # injectors. I'm just worried there might be something wrong. Can't remember how loud the piston slap issue was b/c I had lt's with wide open borla on my 02 Z.
