ls1 converson to LS2 question

ls1 converson to LS2 question I have a question , there in a vacume Line thats hooked on the driver side on the LS1 valve cover on the rear and goes to the rear of the passenger side on the engine on the value cover .. now on the LS2 it dont have it on the rear passenger side valve cover ? where does this Vacume line hook to ?

would it hurt if i used me LS2 valve covers and just block off the passenger side rear vacum line ?
I think thats the fresh air side of the PCV system. Sorry, I have LS7 on the brain and cant remember LS1
