does this seem like what it should be putting out? i thought ls6's put out 400 stock. at least he told me it was a ls6 block.....also what should the et be with a good driver, no nos= with nos and on/off drag radials thanks
i feel those numbers are a little on the low side, but not because it is an ls6. ls6 and ls1 are the same cid, only differences in performance upgrades is heads, cam, and intake. ls6 intake came on 01+ f-bod, so that really doesn't matter. but since he has removed the ls6 heads/cam, he now has just another 346 cid engine (same as ls1) so the numbers would be almost identical, should we find an ls1 with the same mods. the hp difference between ls1 and ls6 at the flywheel is ~50hp, due to the better heads/cam. ls6 blocks do not make more power.
i would've guessed ~420-430rwhp with that setup through a 12 bolt m6. as far as track times...there are too many variables to determine his ET, but a shot in the dark would be 12.0-11.8 on a tire, asssuming he actually USES that 12 bolt off the line.
