My LS2 smoking prob
BTW I don't know what heads you're using, but the early Darts had some oil drainback issues, maybe this helps GOOD LUCK!

Im using ls6 cnc ported from sdpc. I dont know, it smoked all the time, now its just when the cam is loping or when i let off the gas
There are a few threads covering this on the Corvette forum also...Have you sealed your rocker bolts?
My 402 (SDPC) sucks oil into intake from valley cover vent. A catch can will help catch it, not stop it.
In my case I think the motor is fine, rather these two things are just more of an issue with more displacement and LS designed venting.
I just tq'ed my rockers to 18 ft/lbs and forgotta about it... You have to seal them?
I have ETP 225 heads if that makes a difference...

We pull and port many manifolds and are astonished at the oil in the galley from the PCV - - I used to use about a qt every 1500 and now use NONE at all.
Try plugging up the pcv first and where is your breather - - should be on the oil fill for proper size to evacuate pressure.
Good luck!!

i was thinking custom valve covers, and run 2 breathers
I tee'd the valve cover vents together and run that to the air bridge. I'm running a breather off the valley pan. I still haven't determined the final configuration for venting. It will involve a catch can or two.
