Default LS2 Intake Vs. LS6 Intake

I have the LS6 now, and i'm looking at going to an LS2 403 stroker, would it be more beneficial for me to buy an LS2 intake? What do i need as far as electrical conversions?

A ported LS2 is as good as a Fast 90. In my testing a LS6 is good for 260cfm, Fast 90 is 278cfm and a ported vic jr is 292cfm. Those #'s are from flowing the intake attached to the head.
