Texas speed 402 , switch to L92 HEADS???
Jason , I have your complete 402 with the PRC stage 3 heads and your texas giant camshaft. I also have the Harrop Intake.
I am thnking of selling the Harrop intake and the heads and going with the L92 stuff with the L76 intake .
I made 540 rwhp now . Do you think I can make more HP ? If so how much more?
What can you guys offer me ???
What do you have to offer to make my engine complete if I remove everything? I dont want much down time, tell me what will work , if nothing yet tell me to wait !

You have one of the baddest *** intakes on the market and you want to sell it? Why not just sell the heads and get a set of ET240's? No way would I swap to L92/L76 if I already had a Harrop, which I do.....

cold start is horrible, and there is spot under normal driving where it gets burbly . I honestly have not put in the time required to tunning this intake . It not very easy ya know. No mass air meter makes it difficult

No maf makes it even easier. FWIW I would run a different cam than the TX giant. The harrop seems to tolerate extremely tight lsa's pretty easily. Something in the 106 lsa region would be killer on your motor.
Don't sell your harrop. It's probably the baddest intake on the market for our junk and going back to a composite manifold will just worsen your tuning woes.

Get a reputable tuner that can really do SD tuning and have them go at it. There should be plenty of tuners in the NE that can get you taken care of. Hell try finding a tuner in WA. There is nobody here that can SD tune.

datsbad do you have a airbox or filters on this intake? I am going to say yes because I found cars with the same cam and heads fast 90 that made only 40hp less. I see you made a post about air fuel ratio. What is yours? What compression is your motor?

As for your tuning. It really sounds like you need to find someone reputable. As Nate said, try venturing out from your area some. There should deffinatlly be someone up there who can get you lined out.
