waterpump picture ? does anybody have a picture from a truck waterpump as these are supposed to have a different layout ?
and in what specific engines (5.3 / 4.8 /5.7 6.0) where those used ?

Help from a truck guy.
Truck pump on the left, and car on the right. I believe the truck pump covers from 99-03 All V8 motors(4.8,5.3,6.0), and the 04+ use a different thermostat. all V8 motors for the 04+ have the same design. 99-03 smaller car thermostat, and 04+ use a larger thermostat for the trucks. And second pic is installed, just remember that the truck intake is much higher than any car intake(I should know I swapped to a LS2 intake). Also the car accessories make the belt ride a 1/2" closer to the block than the trucks. So if you use a truck pump on car accessories then you may have to swap pump pulleys.
