Which rotating assembly?

Im lookin for some cubes thinkin 408 and forged whats a good kit? Im not sure on the cr yet but I might want to get a procharger later on. I never got a LS1 stroked but for a 408 do you have to notch the block or anything cause I rather not.

not w/ LS1

It is going to be difficult to get an LS1 that big. You would need to resleeve the block and then still I dont know if it is possible or reliable. A better choice would be an LS2 or L92 stroked. www.cdnperf.com can hook you up with some good rotating assemblies or a fully assembled engine for a good price.

With a 4.00 stroke and stock bore 3.898 the best you can do is a 383. Callies new Dragonslayer crank and Callies Comstar rods are a winner. Email Erik and he will tell you the best way to go.
